Poetry

At age 13, I began to write poetry in the form of Hip-Hop. I grew love for the English language, and a desire to master it. Later on, I joined a collective, Verbal Asylum, and at 17 performed my first poem, "I am Not a Poet."

Diving into, and eventually majoring in Creative writing was the best decision I ever made academically.
